Mayfair Apartments

This development of seven high-end apartments with views over London’s Hyde Park Ltd incorporates a comprehensive KNX control system in each apartment, and KNX control of the communal heating and cooling systems.

Touch-sensitive light switches from Basalte provide mood lighting in every room and control the underfloor heating, and every system in the apartment can be controlled from an iPad and a touch screen in the kitchen.

Shared boilers and a shared air conditioning system in the central plant rooms are also controlled by the KNX system, with each apartment telling the central system about its requirements.

As befits a development of this calibre, the block has a comprehensive access control system including a video door entry system - with fob readers throughout - and an interface to the lifts which ensures that visitors to the block are guided directly to the apartment they are visiting.
